gemstone, a handcrafted engagement ring or a unique jewel that is:

The client chooses the raw material – precious or semi-precious stone. We offer you unpolished gemstones that we are confident are ethically mined, of the highest quality and visually clean inside to bring out the stone’s brilliance.
The customer specifies the shape and design of the stone, or the symbol they wish to have engraved in the stone, and we polish the gemstone or semi-precious stone to suit. It takes 6-30h to polish one stone. We guarantee that the customer will get exactly the stone he has wished for, and that it will stand out from the crowd in terms of both design and quality.
A goldsmith will design a stone around the jewellery you want – be it an engagement ring, earrings or anything else. Once the design is approved by the client, the jewellery is made from the desired material – gold or silver. The stone is then placed inside and the jewel is finished. Often the stone itself will provide a great deal of inspiration for the kind of jewellery they want around them.
This ring is mega! Exactly what I imagined. I've been sneaking peeks at it several times. What makes it even more special is that I have polished the stone on the ring myself.
Oh boy, I haven't held such a nice thing in my hand since having a baby 🙂 Without you I would have got nowhere with that engagement ring.

With commercial grinding, the grinding technique used for most jewellery stones sold in the general trade, the main emphasis is on the speed of the operation. Commercial grinding is carried out in large factories, usually under poor working conditions, and the stones that come out of these factories do not sparkle as well as they could.
In contrast, when hand-cutting, a master craftsman measures the optical properties of the stone precisely before starting and creates a personalised design for each stone. If the stone is in proportion, and the facets are exactly the same size and at the right angle, the light will reflect off the stone correctly and the stone will shine from all sides.
